My customer reported an issue they are not able to open ax client in production server and getting an error message “A user session on the server could not be created. Try to start the client again, If the problem continues, contact the Microsoft Dynamics AX administrator”.
I have tried to restart AX services, services got stopped but not started.
I logged into SQL server and there I found the SQL log drive was full. After shrinking AX database logs from the SQL server management studio, reported issue got resolved.
