Recently, I had upgraded my customer development AX server from AX2012r3 cu10 to cu11 by using AXUpdate package. After the Cu11 package upgrade, restarted the server as per setup recommendation.
On successful restart of the server, I can able to open AX client and software update checklist, but unlikely can’t expand the software update checklist to perform upgrade preparation, code upgrade, data upgrade steps.
Resetting internet explorer (IE) settings on the server resolved my issue.
