- Network discovery should be enabled in your machine.
- You should know Printer IP address or Host name of the printer.
Step 1: Click on ‘Windows’/ ‘start’ Button and search with the word ‘Printers’
Step 2: Click on Devices and Printers
Step 3: In the Devices and Printers screen, select ‘Add a printer’ and click on ‘The Printer that I want isn’t listed’
Step 4: Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”, then select “Next “
Step 5: Type the hostname or the IP address of the printer, then Select “Next “
Step 6: If the printer is configured properly, System will find network printer and show printer name, then Click ‘Next ‘and Finish setup.
